Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 Nairobi - Amboseli National Park

    A very warm welcome to Kenya – Our driver guide will this morning pick you from residence in Nairobi; drive to Amboseli National Park. You will be arriving at your lodge for lunch. This afternoon depart on a game viewing drive. Weather permitting you can enjoy the view of the snow-capped peak of Mount. The park is home to the lion, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboon, gazelle hippo and wildebeest among others. Return back to the lodge, enjoy dinner and overnight.

  • Day 2 Amboseli National Park

    Enjoy morning and afternoon game viewing drives. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Masai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands.  Enjoy meals and overnight

  • Day 3 Amboseli National Park – Tarangire National Park

    Enjoy an early morning breakfast; depart with packed lunch via the Namanga border where you will go through immigration. Proceed to the Tarangire National Park for game viewing drives. Later drive to your lodge for check-in, dinner and overnight

  • Day 4 Tarangire National Park

    Full day in the Tarangire National park. Enjoy game viewing drives. The vast game park is home to the burchells zebra, buffalo, lions, the savanna Elephants, impalas, the Masai Giraffe, gazelle, hartebeest and eland among many others. Meals and overnight.

  • Day 5 Mto wa Mbu

    Breakfast then drive to the village of mto wa mbu. Enjoy guided cultural walks interacting with the locals.The small village is believed to host more than 120 ethnic communities, including the Makonde people who are expert wood sculptors. Enjoy bike or tuk tuk riding as well as a local meal. Later transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

  • Day 6 Lake Manyara National Park

    Breakfast then enjoy game viewing drives in the Lake Manyara National Park. The park is home to the blue monkeys, dainty bushbuck, forest hornbills, large buffalo, wildebeest and zebra, giraffes among many others. Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife with than 400 species having been recorded. Tonight enjoy a night game viewing drives in the park. Meals and overnight.

  • Day 7 Ngorongoro Crater Tour

    Enjoy breakfast then drive to Ngorongoro. We descend some 610meters into the crater floor which is one of the richest wildlife habitats. Here lives the giant Savannah Elephants, spotted hyenas, wild dogs, Burchell’s zebras, and prides of lions among many others. The crater is the largest free standing caldera in the world, measuring some 10km in diameter. The scenery here is breath-taking and amazing. We later drive to our lodge for dinner and overnight.

  • Day 8 Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Serengeti National Park

    Breakfast then drive to the Serengeti National Park. Along the way you will visit an authentic local Masai village. Enjoy en route game drives to Central Serengeti.

  • Day 9 Serengeti National Park

    Enjoy breakfast then enjoy gamed viewing drives in the Serengeti National Park to the North. Between the months of mid-July through to mid-September, Kogatende Area is ideal to watch the famous wildebeest migration and river crossing between the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. Meals and overnight.

  • Day 10 Serengeti National Park

    Early morning balloon ride which ends with a champagne breakfast on the Serengeti plains. Full day of game viewing drives in the vast Serengeti National park. Serengeti is home to hundreds of thousands of wildlife. These include the elusive leopard, black and white rhino, impalas, grant and Thompson gazelles, Maasai giraffes, Burchell’s zebras, wart hogs among many others. The landscape is stunning, varied and scenic. Enjoy meals and overnight.

  • Day 11 Serengeti National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve

    We enjoy a hearty breakfast then depart to the Sirari/Isebania border for immigration. Proceed to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Enjoy game viewing drives in search of hundreds of wildlife species. These include the lion, Cape buffalo, the savannah elephant, black rhino and the elusive leopard, impalas, Masai giraffes, waterbucks, warthogs, Thompson & grant’s gazelles, topi, the resident wildebeests among many others. Meals and overnight.

  • Day 12 Masai Mara Game Reserve

    Enjoy breakfast then a full day of game viewing drives, the spectacular wildebeest migration activities being one of the major interests. Enjoy meals and overnight

  • Day 13 Masai Mara Game Reserve

    Another full day in the Masai Mara in search of the Big-Five among many other wildlife species. In addition to wildlife, the Mara has nice, varied scenery to enjoy. The vast plains and grasslands is also home to hundreds of bird species. Meals and overnight

  • Day 14 Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

    Breakfast then drive to the Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch then depart on an afternoon game viewing drive. The scenic 188km2 Lake Nakuru game park is home to the black and white rhino, prides lions, cape buffalos, waterbucks, reticulated giraffes, hartebeests among many others. When the water levels in the lake are low, the 68km2 alkaline lake is famous for the thousands of greater and lesser flamingoes. The park has the largest euphorbia forest in Africa. Meals and overnight.

  • Day 15 Lake Nakuru National Park – Ol Pejeta Conservancy

    Enjoy breakfast then drive to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy – a 90,000-acre private wildlife conservancy – is situated at the equator, between the foot hills of the Aberdare and the magnificent snow-capped Mount Kenya. Lunch then an afternoon game viewing drive. The Ol Pejeta Conservancy boasts an astounding variety of animals, including the Big Five (the endangered black and white rhino, leopard, elephant, buffalo and lion), Grevy’s zebra, Jackson’s hartebeest among others. Meals and overnight

  • Day 16 Ol Pejeta Conservancy

    Full day in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Enjoy game viewing drives. You will visit the Northern Rhino as well as the chimpanzee sanctuary. Enjoy a night game drive as well. Meals and overnight.

  • Day 17 Departure

    Enjoy breakfast then check-out, drive back to Nairobi. A farewell lunch then our driver will drop you at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
