Our representatives will warmly meet you on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International airport; transfer you to your city hotel where we will brief you on your safari arrangements. Enjoy overnight at the hotel where you are booked on bed and breakfast. Intercontinental Nairobi BB or similar
Day 2 Nairobi – Aberdare National Park
Enjoy breakfast then depart to the Aberdare National Park. We arrive at the Aberdare Country Club to a warm welcome then lunch. Only a small sleeping bag is allowed at the Ark where you are heading from there. The reason is that the cabins there are small. You will leave your excess luggage in safe custody at the Aberdare Country Club which is the ground serving hotel for the Ark. Transfer to the Ark Lodge, located deep in the park & nicely surrounded by a nice, green forest. Your night is spent watching wildlife from the lodge decks. Day 3 Aberdare National Park – Lake Nakuru National Park
Enjoy breakfast then drive to the Aberdare Country Club where you pick your luggage then proceed to the Lake Nakuru National Park with a brief stopover at Thompson’s Falls. We will be arriving at the lodge for lunch. We depart on an afternoon game viewing drive. The scenic 188km2 Lake Nakuru game park is home to the black and white rhino, prides lions, cape buffalos, waterbucks, reticulated giraffes, hartebeests among many others. When the water levels in the lake are low, the 68km2 alkaline lake is famous for the thousands of greater and lesser flamingoes. The park has the largest euphorbia forest in Africa. Day 4 Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Enjoy an early breakfast and depart to the Maasai Mara National Reserve arriving for lunch. Depart on an afternoon game viewing drive in search of the hundreds of wildlife species the game reserve is famous for. These include the lion, Cape buffalo, the savannah elephant, black rhino and the elusive leopard, impalas, Masai giraffes, waterbucks, warthogs, Thompson & grant’s gazelles, topis, the resident wildebeests among many others. Day 5 Masai Mara Game Reserve
Enjoy breakfast then a full day of game viewing drive in search of the Big-Five among many other wildlife species. In addition to wildlife, the Mara has nice, varied scenery to enjoy. OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Balloon Safari over the Mara plains or visit a traditional Masai Village (at an extra cost).The vast plains and grasslands is also home to hundreds of bird species. Day 6 Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi
Enjoy breakfast then check-out. You may opt to drive or take a one-hour flight (at an extra cost) to Nairobi. Enjoy a farewell lunch at the carnivore restaurant then our guide driver will drop you at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.

Modeled after Noah’s Ark, The Ark has four viewing areas from which to observe the ever-present animal activity at the waterhole and saltlick. There is also a ground level hide – the perfect spot for the discerning photographer. From this vantage point, photos of animals can be taken at eye-level.
